How do I design my printed wristband?
The best way to design your wristband is to have simply a logo, or the name of your event on the band. Don’t add too much text, it won’t be read on someone’s wrist and the test will be too small. Simple is better.

What is the best File Format for you to print from?
We absolutely love a PDF to print your wristband but make sure that it’s set at the correct size and high resolution. We can print from Word, Photoshop and other applications too.

You can supply your own artwork and we can print directly from your file, however, we have an in-house Graphic Design Studio so we can design your printed wristbands for you. Is your page size correct?
Have you supplied your PDF file in High Resolution?
Be sure to check your Artwork is CMYK.
Do you have a 3mm Bleed on all of the edges of your artwork?
Are all of your images and graphics 300dpi?

All Custom Printed Wristbands are carefully checked and sent out using Tracked Delivery with DHL Express

If you are sending artwork, you can do this in two ways:
1) upload during Order (for small files up to 10mb only)
2) Upload at Check out

PDF Files
High resolution (300dpi) files are the best for us to work with. Please see the settings below to get the best quality printing.
Resolution: Choose High Resolution
Compression Settings – For colour and greyscale this should be downsampled to 300dpi with “auto compression” set on high
Font Embedding – Should be set to “embed all fonts”
The Colour needs to be set as CMYK
Adobe Illustrator
Convert all text to outlines and embed all fonts. Save as a PDF file with 3mm bleed and crop marks.
Adobe Photoshop
The resolution should be set to 300dpi. Save the file as either JPEG or TIFF. Other files not listed above must be saved either as an EPS or JPEG.
Adobe InDesign
All fonts and pictures used in your artwork need to be supplied to us in a separate folder using the “package” function under the “file” menu. Zip your files and folders before uploading or sending them to us via e-mail. Please also include a PDF. We can then use the PDF to make sure that nothing is missing or moved.
Artwork Bleed
Please supply a 3mm bleed around your artwork.
Please ensure that the colour is set to CMYK, not RGB.
Please provide crop marks around all your supplied artwork.
Microsoft Office Files
We cannot print straight from the following programmes. However, we can save a PDF file and re-send back to you for proofing.

Excel
Publisher
PowerPoint
You can save your Microsoft Office files as a PDF yourself if you would prefer. That way you can see exactly what the printed file will look like.
Please note: It is important when supplying a PDF from a Microsoft Office application, that extra care is taken to ensure any spot colours are created correctly in your original document/file.
Please supply a screenshot of your Microsoft Office file before conversion. You can do this by following the instruction below for both Mac and PC.
Mac: Press ‘Command’ + ‘Shift’ + 3 for a full screenshot, or ‘Command’ + ‘Shift’ + 4 to select an area to screenshot. This will save a PNG file to your desktop.
PC: There is a key on your keyboard that says ‘Print Screen’. You can then paste this into a document or email to send over.

Is Your Printing Environmentally Friendly?
Yes, our paper is all FSC approved. Meaning that all of the paper stock that we use has been harvested in a responsible manner. FSC stands for the Forest Stewardship Council. This an independent non-governmental organisation that promotes the responsible management of the world’s forests. You can learn more about FSC here. How Do You Print Your products?
We use the latest digital print equipment for certain jobs, like smaller run manuals, brochures, printed invitations and cards.
For the larger run work like the 5000, 10,000 leaflets or longer print runs we will use Litho Print Machines.
When we are printing our Large Format printing like exhibition banners, pull-up banners, and fabric banners we have a fully kitted out Large Format Department.
