Available in 2, 3 or 4 part sets, our NCR Invoice Pads are a great way to keep accurate records. We have both colour and black and white printing options and pads are available in either A5 or A4
NCR duplicate pad printing is printing onto two sheets of paper. They are usually different colours. You can write on the top copy and the writing prints on the second sheet. Pads are printed onto different coloured paper stocks and then collated together in sets. The sets are then glued together with PVC glue. The glue holds the pad together securely but you are able to tear each set away individually. This is known as NCR printing and is perfect for printing invoice forms, personalised delivery notes and also duplicate forms for warehouses.
Each set holds 50 sets as standard. However, you can have more per set if you want. We also number sets if you need them to keep a record of each set used.
Each pad comes with a writing shield so when using the pad you only duplicate on the rest of the set and don’t duplicate on other sets.
Another term for an NCR pad is a duplicate book, or triplicate book (if it has three pages per set)

It’s really easy to get an instant price and if you are happy, you can place your order online.
1) First, choose the size of the pad. We offer both A4 and A5 pads as standard.
2) Then pick how many sheets you would like in a set. The top copy is the sheet that you write on. So if you order 2 sheets per pad you will get one duplicate sheet per set, if you order 3 sheets then you will get two duplicated sheets per pad.
3) Then you need to let us know if you would like black printing or colour printing.
4) Lastly, we need to know if you would like either 250, 500 0r 1000 sets.
NCR paper stands for No Carbon Required. Before the use of NCR paper a piece of blue inky carbon had to be placed between each sheet to duplicate the writing on each pad. With NCR paper there is a transparent process to the top of one sheet and the bottom of another allowing pressure when writing to copy the text from one sheet to another.
Each sheet of the set is usually printed onto a different coloured sheet. So the top sheet would often be white and kept. While the middle and bottom sheets would be either light yellow or light pink.
The yellow may go to the client and the pink to your Accounts Department. Personalised duplicate pads are still very popular, even in this ever-changing digital world.
