To order simply pick either single or double-sided options. You can upload multiple artworks (this is the tab version with number of Artwork Files).

Then pick your quantity (this is the final number of posters that we will print, so if it’s 2 Artwork Files and you choose 500 posters, we will print 250 of each poster for you).

All our posters are shipped the next day using DHL Express.

They can be displayed in shop windows, on office walls or put into clip frames.

What size is A2?

A2 measures 420mm x 594mm

What’s The Difference between Silk, Gloss or Matt paper?

Silk paper has a slight “sheen”, matt is uncoated and has a rough finish (like a standard office paper).

The gloss has a full shiny coating.

Yes, if you have posters to print, our A2 paper is all FSC approved. Meaning that all of the paper stock that we use has been harvested in a responsible manner. FSC stands for the Forest Stewardship Council. This is an independent non-governmental organisation that promotes the responsible management of the world’s forests. You can learn more about FSC here. What are Standard Poster Sizes?

Will my posters be ok outside?

For a while, yes, but they are not waterproof. If you are looking for waterproof posters that won’t fade in the sunlight have a look at our waterproof posters.

Are Your Posters easy to Hang?

They are printed on thicker stock, so they will hang on a wall with either blu-tack or other adhesives. They can also be framed or you can buy hanging poster frames so that they can hang from the ceiling. If you want removable posters to have a look at our removable poster range.

What standard of Quality Posters do you print?

More Than Just Print uses the latest HP Poster printers, they produce excellent graphics. The poster machines will print a photo quality as long as we have high-resolution files.

How Long will my Posters take to Arrive?

We print and deliver the next working day as standard.

Artwork & Design

We can print from either High-Resolution PDF files or JPeg files. For more information please read our artwork guide here. If you are looking for a design we have a design studio and can give you a cost on some amazing designs (either drop us a mail or chat to us online).

You can also buy a template from Template.net. If you are looking for images choose either istock or Shutterstock. They sell High-quality images that we can print from. You can also buy downloadable posters from Etsy. If you are not sure you can always ask our team if the image you choose will work for what you want.

The Pre-Press Team at www.manual-printers.co.uk will check over your artwork before printing. So you can rest assured your poster will be printed correctly, and if something is not right we will come straight back to you.

Sending artwork

If you are sending artwork, you can do this in two ways: 1) upload during Order (for small files up to 10mb only) 2) Upload at Check out 3) uploading to our WeTransfer site Please use your name and order reference when sending files, so we can quickly reconcile against your order

PDF Files

High resolution (300dpi) files are the best for us to work with. Please see the settings below to get the best quality printing.

Resolution: Choose High Resolution
Compression Settings – For colour and greyscale this should be downsampled to 300dpi with “auto compression” set on high
Font Embedding – Should be set to “embed all fonts”
The Colour needs to be set as CMYK

Adobe Illustrator

Convert all text to outlines and embed all fonts. Save as a PDF file with 3mm bleed and crop marks.

Adobe Photoshop

The resolution should be set to 300dpi. Save the file as either JPEG or TIFF. Other files not listed above must be saved either as an EPS or JPEG.

Adobe InDesign

All fonts and pictures used in your artwork need to be supplied to us in a separate folder using the “package” function under the “file” menu. Zip your files and folders before uploading or sending them to us via e-mail. Please also include a PDF. We can then use the PDF to make sure that nothing is missing or moved.

Artwork Bleed

Please supply a 3mm bleed around your artwork.
Please ensure that the colour is set to CMYK, not RGB.
Please provide crop marks around all your supplied artwork.

Microsoft Office Files

We cannot print straight from the following programmes. However, we can save a PDF file and re-send back to you for proofing.

You can save your Microsoft Office files as a PDF yourself if you would prefer. That way you can see exactly what the printed file will look like. Please note: It is important when supplying a PDF from a Microsoft Office application, that extra care is taken to ensure any spot colours are created correctly in your original document/file. Please supply a screenshot of your Microsoft Office file before conversion. You can do this by following the instruction below for both Mac and PC. Mac: Press ‘Command’ + ‘Shift’ + 3 for a full screenshot, or ‘Command’ + ‘Shift’ + 4 to select an area to screenshot. This will save a PNG file to your desktop. PC: There is a key on your keyboard that says ‘Print Screen’. You can then paste this into a document or email to send over.

How Do You Print Your products?

We use the latest digital print equipment for certain jobs, like smaller run manuals, brochures, printed invitations and cards. For the larger run work like the 5000, 10,000 leaflets or longer print runs we will use Litho Print Machines. When we are printing our Large Format printing like exhibition banners, pull-up banners, and fabric banners we have a fully kitted out Large Format Department.

What Artwork Files do you Accept?

We prefer PDF files. However, if you don’t have a PDF file, send us a Word, Excel file, and we will send you back a PDF proof.
